Launch pricing

The whole ladder, on the page.

Every launch price is published here, in full, for both segments. Month to month billing stays available on every plan, because a new feed should prove its count before it asks for a year. Annual billing carries two months free.

Internal draft: launch pricing under review. These are the pilot launch shapes, shown so the launch decision is made on the real ladder. Nothing on this page is an offer until the site is published at activation.

Subcontractors

Contents note for Core. Core is designed to carry earlier stage contents alongside bidding stage. On the pilot's public feeds, the deliverable contents are bidding stage, and Core sells on that basis at pilot. Earlier stage contents join Core only when a lawful source for them exists, and subscribers will be told in writing when they do.

Manufacturers

The specification layer covers public projects at bidding stage in the pilot metro, parsed from published bid documents. Anchor arrangements for a full category and region program are quoted individually, by conversation.

Our manufacturer prices are on the pricing page. No sales call is required to see them.

The scope, once more. Manufacturer plans sell specification opportunity and design firm activity on public projects at bidding stage. Brand level specification share is reported only where documents have actually and lawfully been obtained, and national coverage, forecasts, and early design stage tracking are not part of the launch offer at any price.

Every plan, feature by feature

The matrix carries the scope limits as rows, in the open, next to the features. A limit printed as a row is a term of the offer; a limit buried in a footnote is a surprise, and this house does not sell surprises.

What we do not sell Republished documents, project data taken from a source whose terms bar its use, and counts we cannot verify. If a record cannot name its source, it is not in the feed at any price.
Contract None required. Month to month on every plan; annual billing carries two months free as a discount, not a lock.

Billing, answered plainly

Is a contract required?

No. Month to month billing stays available on every plan. Annual billing carries two months free, and the manufacturer plans publish their annual prepay figures on this page. Annual is a discount, never a condition.

How do I cancel?

In your account, at any time, without a call and without a retention script. Service runs to the end of the period you have paid for, and nothing bills beyond it.

When does billing start?

When you subscribe to an open metro or category. The waitlist is free and obligates you to nothing, and a metro that has not published its verified count is not sold, so it cannot be billed.

What does the manufacturer scope exclude?

National coverage, forecasts, and early design stage tracking, at any price. Brand level specification share is reported only where documents have actually and lawfully been obtained. Anchor arrangements for a full category and region program are quoted individually, by conversation, and are the only plans not priced on this page.

Why are the scope limits printed as rows in the matrix?

Because a limit you can read before you pay is a term of the offer. The matrix shows what each plan carries and what no plan carries, in the same table, at the same size.
