SubPursuit is a division of Pardalux LLC, a Georgia limited liability company based in Alpharetta, Georgia. It is one company in the Pardalux family of businesses: each venture in the family is built under its own name, keeps its own books, and earns its own record. SubPursuit's record starts with a single metro pilot in Austin, Texas, and grows only as fast as its verified coverage does.
Every new construction project announces itself in public: a permit filing, a published solicitation, a procurement posting. The information is there, scattered across hundreds of public sources, in formats no estimator has time to chase. SubPursuit exists to do that chasing properly: to gather the public record of new construction into verified, source labeled records, and to put the right projects in front of the subcontractors who bid the work and the manufacturers whose products the documents specify.
It exists the narrow way on purpose. One metro first. One feed. Counts published before anything is sold. A wider map drawn later, metro by metro, only where the verified record supports it.
Four rules govern every record, every page, and every price this venture publishes.
No metro or category opens for sale until its verified project count is published, and it is republished every period after. A feed that cannot show its count has not earned its price.
Every record carries where it came from and when it changed. A project history is kept whole, never overwritten, so a subscriber can always check what the record said and when it said it.
The feed is built on public data and first party postings whose terms have been read and recorded. Where terms are silent, the source waits. Documents are read for their facts and are never republished.
Every project is labeled at the stage its record supports. Bidding stage is sold as bidding stage. Nothing is dressed as an early stage product it is not, at any price.
