For manufacturers

What the published documents specified, while the bid window is still open.

Public owners publish complete bid documents, specifications included. SubPursuit reads those published documents for the pilot metro and parses them by category: which sections appear, which products are specified, and what changes when an addendum lands. Read from the published bid documents themselves, section by section.

The specification layer

One category in one region, covered completely before breadth, off the same records the subcontractor feed runs on.

One feed, read two ways. Same records as the subcontractor feed, read for specifications. No second platform, no second database.
The limit, stated on the page. This layer covers public projects at bidding stage in the pilot metro. It is not an early design stage influence product, and it is not sold as one. It tells your team what was specified when the job went out to bid, while the window to act on that knowledge is still open.

The working mechanics

How a manufacturer team works the layer, day to day.

🔖 Category watch

Save a watch on your category and region. Every published document that specifies in your category enters the watch as it is read, not in a quarterly roundup.

👀 Follow a specifying firm

Follow a specifying firm and see its public project activity as dated events on its records: what it specified, where, and what changed on addenda.

🔍 Document keyword search

Search the published bid documents in the feed by keyword: a product type, a standard, a section number. The hit is shown inside its section of the document; the document itself is never republished.

🔁 Addenda tracking

First appearance, removal, and substitution of a specified product are tracked across the addendum chain, so a change is an event with a date, never a quiet edit.

📬 The daily digest

One digest each morning: new specification records in your watch, and every change to the records you already hold.

🔁 Export

Export any list in CSV, PDF, and spreadsheet formats, on the plans that carry export, so the records land in the tools your team already runs.

Plans for manufacturers

Manufacturer questions, answered

What does the layer cover, and what does it not cover?

Public projects at bidding stage in the pilot metro, read from their published bid documents. It does not cover private projects, early design stage tracking, or forecasts, and it is not sold as any of those, at any price.

Where do the specification records come from, and is that lawful?

From bid documents public owners publish with their solicitations. Every source has its terms read and recorded before use, and documents are read for their facts; the documents themselves are never republished.

Can the layer report my brand's specification share?

Only where documents have actually and lawfully been obtained, and the reporting says which documents stand behind it. A share figure without its documents behind it is not a figure this house publishes.

How is billing handled?

Month to month on both published plans, with annual prepay figures published on the pricing page. Cancel in your account at any time; service runs to the end of the paid period. Anchor programs are quoted individually, by conversation.
